Currently, the identities of shareholders in Malta companies is information which is publicly available at the Register of Companies. Should a client prefer to hold shares in a company anonymously a licensed Trust company may be appointed as his mandatory.

The company is licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority to offer Trust and Fiduciary Services and as such may appear as fiduciary shareholder on behalf of third parties. The company will then appear as the registered shareholder with the Registrar of Companies, thus providing a level of confidentiality for the client.
